Prime Business Credit, Inc. (PBC) was established in February 1999, as a financial lender in the State of California. Since then, we have grown tremendously. Located in the financial district of downtown Los Angles, we provide financial services, primarily factoring and trade financing, to small to medium-sized businesses with annual sales volume of up to $40 million.
