| COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Widget Products, Inc.’s premiere product “The Knit Lite” was created entirely out of necessity. In late 2000, Monica Dremann and her husband, Michael Rosenberg, President of Imagine Entertainment, were in a dimly lit movie theater waiting for their movie to start. Monica, an avid knitter, was working on her latest knitting project. After a few minutes, she turned to her husband and said, “I can’t see the stitches!” Michael replied, “You should invent a knitting needle with a light in it.” |
